Your impact Safety & PPE: follow all safety policies, wear required PPE, and report hazards immediately.Precision operations: run cutting-edge equipment in strict compliance with GMPs and SOPs.Quality ownership: execute inspections and maintain detailed records covering inventory checks, production tasks, and maintenance.Uptime focus: monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and respond quickly to keep production flowing.Team alignment: collaborate closely with the Packaging Lead and peers to meet targets and standards.Clean & sanitize: uphold a pristine work environment and equipment. What you bring Age 21 and a high school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or higher is a plus).1–3 years in a fast-paced setting; manufacturing background is a plus.Computer-literate, proficient with MS Office, and comfortable with automated machinery.Dependable teammate with strong communication skills and a solid work ethic.Thrives under pressure; multitasks with urgency and focus.
