Role mission
Protect people, protect quality, and protect throughput—by running and maintaining advanced packaging equipment to exacting standards.
Core responsibilities
- Lead with safety: follow safety policies, wear PPE, and report hazards immediately.
- Run to standard: operate equipment per GMPs and SOPs to achieve consistent results.
- Quality gatekeeper: perform inspections and keep thorough records for inventory, production, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot fast: monitor systems and resolve issues quickly to minimize downtime.
- Team up: work closely with the Packaging Lead and colleagues to complete tasks to spec.
- Sanitize and sustain: clean machinery and workstations to maintain a safe, hygienic floor.
- 21 years or older; high school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or higher is a plus.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment; manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Comfortable with MS Office and automated equipment; tech-savvy and curious.
- Reliable communicator, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset.
- Operates with urgency and can juggle multiple priorities smoothly.
- Pay Rate: $22/hour, plus eligibility for a night shift differential.
