Essential Functions
- Assist Store Manager with varied responsibilities including retail operations, administrative tasks, and special events.
- Act as a self-starter who is empowered to solve problems and create solutions on their own.
- Train volunteers
- Manage strategic planning and day-to-day operations
- Manage purchasing, vendor selection, and price negotiation
- Manage PO and inventory and make pricing decisions
- Work with the Treasurer on invoices/bills
- Make weekly bank/sales deposits & reports
- Responsible for student and department accounts, applying payments and reconciling balances every month
- Reconcile monthly inventory purchase/sales vs monthly QuickBooks report
- Monthly meetings with MPC Chairs, Treasurer At Large, and Store Manager
- Manage order Marta cards
- Manage and procure concession inventory and supply
- Manage and procure store and office supplies
- Run inventory and inventory reports1x year
- Manage PE inventory, ordering and reports
- Manage and run the e-commerce store
- Manage data, reports and all information and distribution of the ecommerce store
- Limited travel may be required.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to maintain a high degree of motivation to retain focus on providing highest levels of client satisfaction.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Punctuality and consistency in attendance is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or experience working in a retail environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have excellent judgment, strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
