The Digital Stylist is a client-facing role responsible for delivering a personalized, luxury shopping experience across all online touchpoints. Working closely with eCommerce leadership, this individual will support the execution of Marissa Collections’ digital clienteling strategy while ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer journey, from discovery through post-purchase follow-up.

Responsibilities Include:
Digital Styling & Client Experience
- Deliver a personalized, high-touch styling experience via email, phone, chat, and social channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top clients, serving as a trusted style advisor and brand ambassador
- Curate product recommendations tailored to individual client preferences, occasions, and purchase history
- Proactively engage clients with new arrivals, exclusive pieces, and wardrobe-building opportunities
- Uphold Marissa Collections’ luxury service standards in every client interaction
Clienteling & Business Development
- Identify and cultivate high-value clients to drive repeat business and lifetime value
- Maintain detailed client profiles tracking preferences, sizing, and purchase behavior
- Partner with eCommerce leadership to develop and execute client outreach strategies
- Contribute to weekly reporting on client engagement, opportunities, and sales performance
Order Management & Operations
- Support the full lifecycle of online orders including processing, fulfillment coordination, invoicing, and returns
- Partner with the eCommerce team to ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping from retail locations
- Assist with order reconciliation and resolve discrepancies across systems and departments
- Provide organizational and administrative support including data entry, reporting, and documentation as needed
Product & Brand Expertise
- Develop deep knowledge of designers, collections, fit, and fabrication to confidently advise clients
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent storytelling and positioning across all digital touchpoints
- Leverage product insights and merchandising knowledge to enhance the online shopping experience
eCommerce & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support the execution of eCommerce strategy in partnership with leadership
- Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to optimize product visibility and client engagement
- Communicate effectively with retail, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Identify opportunities to enhance the digital customer journey and conversion
Experience:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in luxury retail, eCommerce, personal shopping, or client services; luxury fashion experience preferred
- Proven track record of delivering elevated, personalized client experiences and driving sales or client retention
- Experience working in an omnichannel environment (digital in-store) preferred
Skills:
- Strong styling sensibility with an understanding of luxury fashion, designers, fit, and wardrobe building
- Exceptional client service skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders and client requests simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across email, phone, chat, and digital platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), CRM tools, and order management systems preferred
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of sales performance, client development, and conversion
