Seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead plant‑wide quality systems, ISO 9001:2015 compliance, and customer‑focused quality performance. This role oversees inspections, PPAP, CAPA, NCR/RGA investigations, and drives continuous improvement in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
You’ll Lead:
- QA team leadership & development
- Incoming‑to‑finished‑goods inspections
- Customer/supplier communication on PPAP & corrective actions
- ISO 9001 audits (internal/external/supplier)
- NCR/RGA/root cause/CAPA investigations
- Quality dashboards, metrics & Excel reporting
- Lean/Six Sigma defect‑reduction initiatives
You Bring:
- 4 years in quality/engineering/manufacturing
- Supervisory experience preferred
- ISO 9001, PPAP, CAPA expertise
- Tire/materials experience a plus
Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
