Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supports Certification and compliance with ISO 9001 standards,
- Implement inspection and testing methods for products and production equipment.
- Ensure products consistently meet established quality standards.
- Compile, analyze, and report on quality data.
- Maintain product delivery schedules.
- Train and manage production line staff on quality assessment and production practices.
- Monitor product flow through the manufacturing process to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct and document detailed inspections of finished products against industry and company standards.
- Identify, remove, and analyze non-conforming products to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain departmental 5S housekeeping standards

- ERP and CRM experience a plus
