Marion Parke is seeking a detail orientated Operations and Customer Care Coordinator to help manage sales operations and customer experience.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will work day-to-day in our backend systems to support our growing business while managing B2C & B2B customer care. This role sits at the center of product, sales, and logistics—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across all operational touchpoints.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in operations within apparel or accessories, paired with a sharp attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. You are highly organized, comfortable navigating multiple systems, and able to move fluidly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead shipping and fulfillment processes for all sales channels
· Support with day-to-day relationship with 3PL warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across inbound and outbound operations
· Oversee product setup, including style number creation, SKU management, and system maintenance
· Support marketplace operations, including feed setup, inventory accuracy, and returns management
· Provide product data (UPC codes, style numbers, labeling details) to factory partners
· Monitor inventory levels, initiate cycle counts, and resolve variances
· Communicate clear inbound shipment instructions and operational updates to warehouse partners
· Manage B2C customer care – prior experience using CRM platforms is a plus
· Support the wholesale business by managing invoicing and special orders
Requirements
· 2 years of operations experience within apparel, accessories, or related industry
· Strong working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with systems such as Shopify, QuickBooks, JOOR and Narvar is a plus
· Prior experience with IMS or ERP systems as well as WMS and CRM platforms is preferred
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
· Analytical thinker with a proactive, problem-solving approach
· Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal
· Comfortable learning new systems and managing multiple priorities
