Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated, mature, and dependable individual to join our team as a Hiring / Training / Coordinating Specialist. This essential role is responsible for recruiting and training new employees. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient with a strong work ethic, capable of managing a demanding schedule of in office work and travel as needed for trainings and home visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruiting: Interview candidates which have applied. Oversee the entire hiring / training process, from initial screening and interviewing to training process.
  • Training: Deliver a comprehensive training to new hires, ensuring they are prepared for their roles.

Travel: Travel to training locations to train new candidates and in-home visits for participant care.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Exceptional Organizational and Training Skills: Must be highly organized and detail-oriented to manage Hiring calls, virtual interviews and in-person trainings.
  • Communication Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication and follow-up skills are an integral part to this position to ensure efficient workflow and effective training skills.
  • Self-Sufficiency & Time Management: Proven ability to work independently, manage a schedule without direct supervision, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility: Must be flexible with scheduling to accommodate last minute changes and training needs, including working early mornings or late evenings as needed.
  • Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel extensively. Overnight stays are required at times. (valid driver's license, vehicle insurance are required). A safe driving record is required.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in Hiring, Recruiting, Training or Coordinating is strongly preferred but not required.
  • Drug Screen / Background Check: Must pass a drug screen, both initial and random required. Must pass an extensive background check.
  • Rate: Hourly rate discussed at in-person interview.
  • Willingness to travel 75% of the time required.
