As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team.

Position Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving revenue by engaging prospective and exiting customers. This role requires a self-starter with strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a goal-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively make outbound calls and follow up on inbound inquiries
  • Qualify leads and manages the sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Present and promote products or services via phone, email, and video
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and product information
  • Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion
  • Provide feedback to help improve products, messaging, and sales strategies

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Experience:
  • 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot preferred
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable with phone-based selling and virtual meetings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
