Position Title: Medical Scribe
Location: Marion Eye Centers – Marion, IL
Position Summary:
Marion Eye Centers is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team. This position works directly with our physicians to accurately document patient encounters in real time. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing and computer skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Document patient exams, procedures, and physician notes accurately and promptly

Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

Travel with the medical doctor team to various clinic locations (company vehicle provided)

Assist with updating and maintaining electronic medical records
Qualifications:

Excellent typing and keyboard skills required

Knowledge of medical terminology preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Professional and dependable work ethic

Valid driver’s license required
