What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transaction Processor III position at Marion All Star?
Position Objective: Reporting to a Transaction Processing Supervisor, the Transaction Processing Associate is responsible to work on various Transaction Processing projects. These projects involve researching, analyzing and updating consumer information utilizing different systems. Qualified candidates will bring a positive approach to meeting the high demands of a busy work environment. This position will provide open enrollment transaction support.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consistently display a professional attitude towards other employees, Consumers, Access Health, DSS and activities.
- Process all transactions and perform all tasks accurately within the procedural guidelines and without Errors.
- Meet or exceed the Daily Productivity standards for each task performed.
- Meet performance standards for Quality, as defined in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) with no errors.
- Exhibit exemplary customer service internally and externally. Consistently meet or exceed customer’s needs.
- Maintain a strong understanding and knowledge of the procedures and operating systems used to perform your work.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks, to meet contract guidelines.
- Report to work on time and ready to perform daily responsibilities at the start of your shift.
- Be relied on to accomplish the best possible results and consistently exhibit a Positive Attitude towards all tasks.
- Adhere to Project Site Attendance Policy.
Experience/ Education: College Degree and Eligibility Determination/Transaction Processing experience preferred.
