Plumbing Install Lead
Location: FREEDOM - Rockledge, FL Branch
As a Lead Install Plumber, you’ll be the face of the company, delivering exceptional service to our residential clients. Here’s what your day will look like:
- CUSTOMER INTERACTION: Greet customers with professionalism and build strong relationships.
- PROBLEM-SOLVING: Provide clear, accurate information and smart solutions.
- PLUMBING INSTALLATIONS & REPAIRS: Work on sanitary sewer lines, kitchen and bath drain lines, and more.
- EXTERIOR EXCAVATION: Perform digging with hand tools and excavators.
- PROMOTE OUR BRAND: Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our stellar reputation.
- PHYSICAL TASKS: Lift up to 50lbs and perform various other physical tasks as needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- AVAILABILITY: Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
- PROFESSIONALISM: Strong communication skills and customer rapport.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE: Passionate about delivering great service and building lasting relationships.
- ENERGY & MOTIVATION: Ready to tackle new challenges and succeed.
- PHYSICAL ABILITY: Lift up to 75lbs regularly.
- LICENSE: Valid driver’s license and Journeyman License
- PREFERRED:
- Journeyman/Master's plumbing license preferred.
- OSHA/Safety certifications, highly preferred.
- Experience in the trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical
- Experience with Service Titan
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift and transport up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to travel within a set geographical area to multiple locations.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early/late shifts, extended hours, weekends and holidays when required.
