Customer Service Representative (CSR) – High Volume Call Center
Location: Lancaster, PA – Neffsville Plumbing & Heating
Schedule: Full-Time, In-Office (Not Remote) | Rotating evenings (not overnight) day-shift weekends
Compensation: $16.00 – $18.00/hr

What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls and convert them into scheduled service appointments
- Make outbound calls to schedule and follow up with customers
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and timely customer records
- Communicate with dispatch and management to support smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher a plus)
