Responsibilities:
- Prep surfaces: scrape, sand, patch, caulk, mask, and prime
- Apply primers, paints, and coatings by brush, roller, and sprayer on interior and exterior surfaces
- Work on drywall, stucco, CMU, metal, and wood
- Assist with waterproofing and sealant applications as assigned
- Set up and break down work areas; protect adjacent finishes and property
- Follow all site safety rules and complete punch list items
Qualifications:
- 2 years of professional painting experience (residential or commercial)
- Solid prep and finish skills with clean, straight lines
- Experience with waterproofing applications — elastomeric coatings, sealants, caulking, or traffic coatings — is a plus
- Comfortable working from ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in Keys conditions
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
