What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clerk of Courts Office Deputy Clerk of Courts position at Marinette County Government?
Serve as initial point of contact providing court system access to general public, attorneys and other government agencies; utilize comprehensive knowledge of court practices and procedures relating to case types: Civil, Family, Paternity, Small Claims, Traffic, Forfeiture, Criminal, Juvenile, Probate and Jury Management.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; two years of legal or customer service experience; insurance acceptable driver’s license; satisfy US DOS qualifications for Passport Acceptance Agent; Passport Agent Certification within one year of hire and satisfy annual requirements.
