OVERVIEW: The Dock & Lift Technician is responsible for installing and maintaining docks & lifts
KEY TASKS:
- Understand customer’s needs and requirements, making appropriate recommendations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Loading & following pick lists for installations
- Document the process of installs and removals
- Operate company vehicles in a safe manner
- Conduct site inspections
- Storage boat pick up and delivery
- Shrink wrap boats
- Other duties as assigned

- Internal/external customer satisfaction/FANS
- Timely and accurate completion of work
