Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Seamstress to join our team, specializing in marine upholstery. This role involves sewing and assembling high-quality upholstery components for boats and marine applications using industrial sewing equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sew and assemble marine upholstery, including cushions, covers, and related components
- Read and follow patterns, measurements, and work instructions accurately
- Operate industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance and basic care of sewing machines
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Requirements
- Experience operating industrial sewing machines (required)
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to read measurements and follow instructions
- Knowledge of proper machine care and maintenance
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marine or automotive upholstery (preferred but not required)
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
