Trusts & Estates Associate | 4 years

A nationally recognized firm is seeking a mid-level Trusts & Estates Associate (4 years) to join its Private Client department in their Stamford office. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with sophisticated estate planning and estate/trust administration experience to work with high-net-worth individuals, families, and fiduciaries on complex wealth transfer and tax planning matters.

Required Qualifications:

4 years’ experience with:

• Estate planning & trust administration

• Federal and state transfer tax matters

• Succession planning & lifetime gifting

• Charitable planning & retirement asset planning

• Tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies

• Must be barred in Connecticut (in good standing), or willingness to become admitted
• New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Florida or Rhode Island bar admission a plus
