Trademark Prosecution Associate - Northern NJ
Our client is a top mid-sized firm, seeking a trademark associate with 1-3 years of experience for its growing IP practice in Northern NJ. The salary range for this position is between $145k to $158k.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of trademark prosecution experience in either a law firm or in-house.
- Experience managing trademark prosecution, including drafting office actions responses and performing clearance searches.
- Experience with TTAB proceedings is a plus.
- Patent prosecution experience is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- New Jersey bar admission required; New York bar preferred
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
