Mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate - Los Angeles
Our client is an Am law 100 firm, seeking a mid-level litigation associate for its commercial litigation practice in Los Angeles. The salary for this position is between $255k to $330k.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of commercial litigation experience in a large law firm or boutique litigation firm [preferred].
- Clerkship experience is preferred [not required].
- Experience managing cases; drafting pleadings and contested motions, taking depositions; written discovery and responses, and arguing motions.
- Experience or interest in complex litigation, including consumer class actions and other business litigation is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in trademark and trade secret experience will also be considered.
- Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills are required.
- California bar admission required [or pending admission].
