Job Type Classified Department County Attorney About the Position The Attorney will represent the Maricopa County Public Fiduciary in guardianship and conservatorship hearings. This position will routinely handle hearings in court. The position will work closely with the client, support staff, and other attorneys in the group to provide all legal representation for the Public Fiduciary’s Office. This position is a line attorney position within the Civil Services Division of the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. About the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office (MCAO): The Civil Services Division of the Maricopa County Attorney's Office serves as the law firm for Maricopa County, its various elected officials and agencies, as well as the dedicated employees of Maricopa County.
