Job Summary
This position provides administrative and program support, performing a variety of office, technical, and project-related tasks under general supervision. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and maintaining records, reports, correspondence, and documentation in compliance with established policies and procedures. The role involves managing schedules and calendars, maintaining supplies and inventory, processing requisitions and invoices, and monitoring expenses or budget-related materials. The position also requires communicating with vendors, entering and verifying data, and providing information and assistance related to program processes and procedures.
Essential Functions
Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution and one year of clerical, administrative office support or related experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft OS, Google)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Special Working Conditions
- May require prolonged periods of viewing a computer screen
- May require to lift or carry up to 25 pounds
