In this position, you’ll learn how to evaluate insurance software systems, verify functionality, and help ensure our clients receive reliable, accurate solutions. No previous software testing experience is required — we provide thorough training and ongoing support.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Review software functions to confirm they meet documented requirements
• Perform manual testing for new features, updates, and defect fixes
• Develop test plans to ensure full coverage
• Record issues clearly and accurately
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and verify solutions
• Re-test corrected items to confirm resolution
• Prepare written summaries of testing results

What We’re Looking ForRequired:

• Strong attention to detail
• At least one year of experience using computers/software (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work well with others and accept feedback
• Willingness to work onsite in Covington, OH (this is not a remote role)

Preferred:

• Associate’s degree in Business, IT, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in the insurance industry

Additional Information

• Location: Covington, OH (in-office only)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, core hours 8am–5pm with some flexibility
• Training: Full onboarding and continuous training provided
