Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire kitchen operation, ensuring smooth daily workflow and high standards of food quality and presentation
- collaborate to l innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to diverse dietary needs and preferences of our service population.
- Supervise food preparation, cooking, and plating processes to guarantee consistency, flavor, and visual appeal
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock control, and minimizing waste to optimize kitchen efficiency
- Maintain strict adherence to ServSafe food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and health regulations across all kitchen activities.
- Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative team environment that promotes skill development and motivation
Requirements

- Proven experience in full service dining establishments with a strong background in food production and restaurant management
- Demonstrated supervisory experience leading culinary teams in fast-paced settings
- Banquet experience with the ability to oversee large-scale catering operations
- Knowledge of dietary department procedures and ServSafe food handling safety practices
- Expertise in menu planning, inventory control, and kitchen management systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff, manage shifts efficiently, and resolve operational challenges promptly
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a passion for hospitality and customer service excellence
- Culinary experience encompassing cooking techniques, food service management, and food industry best practices
