POSITION TITLE: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
QUALIFICATIONS
- National Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Certification OR PA-Issed Behavior Specialist License
- Master's Degree in Applied Behaior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skills assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide treatment decisions.
- Supervise and provide feedback to RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and other support staff.
- Train staff, families, and educators in ABA strategies and data collection.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client goals.
- Participate in IEP meetings and treatment team planning.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports in accordance with agency and state requirements.
- Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA/FERPA, and Pennsylvania DHS/PDE regulations.
- Develop and oversee crisis intervention and safety plans.
- Promote skill generalization and positive behavior change across home, school, and community settings.

- Suicide and Prevention Training (Act 71)
