Serving over 250,000 patients annually, the hospital offers a full complement of services including Level II Trauma Center, Level III NICU, cancer care, orthopedics, and stroke care. It is a Joint Commission-certified Primary Stroke Center, and the only healthcare facility on the Central Coast to offer ECMO.
Pay Range
$31.60 - $39.46 /hour

- Takes vital signs, heights and weights. Records on appropriate charting form
- Reports observations regarding patient's status to the registered nurse. Identifies and responds to urgent/emergent situations.
- Assists in patient admission, transfer or discharge
- Moves, lifts, ambulates and transports patients safely.
- Assists physicians and nursing staff with assigned procedures
- Demonstrates proper aseptic technique
Job Requirements
Required
- I.V. certification/approved course.
- Licensed Vocational Nurse: CA, upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
