Daily responsibilities include identifying and nurturing prospects, daily sales outreach, sales activity in CRM, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes. The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer satisfaction, meet sales targets, and promote Marian's solutions and services.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated Inside Sales experience with the ability to manage sales cycles
- Highly self-motivated individuals
- Ability to respond pro mptly, and stay on task
- Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and nurturing leads through follow-up and communication.
- Excel lent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfo rt using CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, and organization skills.
- Ability to work on-si te, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree i n Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
