Perform preventive maintenance repairs and upkeep. Complete regular maintenance tasks. Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment. Experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools.

Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is preferred. Pay will be based on experience.
