MFCH operates a family of group homes that provide supportive services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our programs help residents build skills and live successfully in home and community settings.
We are hiring Full-Time Direct Care Aides for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. In this role, you will support residents with daily living activities, promote independence, and help manage behavioral and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide care, support, and supervision for residents with behavioral needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, mental, and emotional health
- Teach and reinforce coping skills and appropriate behaviors
- Assist with personal hygiene, meals, and housekeeping
- Support bathroom needs and incontinence care as needed
- Run errands (e.g., groceries, household supplies)
- Engage residents in recreational and social activities
- Transport/accompany residents to appointments and outings
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience in mental health or behavioral care (preferred)
- CBRF certification (preferred)
- Valid driver's license (preferred, not required)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable, compassionate, and able to follow structured routines
Schedule
- Full-time positions available
- Day, evening, and overnight shifts
- Weekend and holiday availability required
