We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, self-starting individual to own fulfillment and inventory operations. This position will lead all order fulfillment, return processing, and customer service communications.. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
- Oversee and maintain accurate fulfillment inventory levels, tracking and solving inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate daily transfers of inventory to and from the corporate office to our Flagship Boutique.
- Perform daily inventory audits to ensure accuracy and proper stock levels
- Receive all new product shipments and ensure stock is accurate and organized.
- Coordinate all re-tagging of garments, ensuring all inventory is properly labeled.
- Coordinate the seasonal change of inventory, ensuring the Fulfillment Center is maintaining full organization and rotation of styles.
Fulfillment
- Own the daily picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Problem solving shipping for client orders, ensuring correct address and location for all orders.
- Maintain the Customer Care email, replying and forwarding to the appropriate parties.
Returns
- Facilitate returns processing, restocking, and maintaining accurate returns inventory.
MISC
- Coordinate tasking intern support
- Support in prepping for fittings and photoshoots
- Support production team with miscellaneous tasks
- Support boutique events, providing necessary support to ensure smooth operations
Soft Skills:
- Extreme organization
- Confidence to ask questions related to instructions
- Self-starter, strong follow through, and ability to quickly troubleshoot issues.
- Ability to anticipate needs of fulfillment and management,
Requirements:
- Excited about the opportunity to grow their career with a high growth fashion brand.
- Previous experience with Shopify, Apparel Magic, and/or ShipStation is an asset.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
- Ability and willingness to lift and organize large boxes of inventory, up to 50lbs.
- Ability to contribute individually and participate in cross-functional teams
- This is a full time position in our Chicago office and cannot be done remotely.
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
