Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Active insurance license in TX (Property & Casualty, Life & Health as applicable)
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficient with CRM systems and basic computer applications
Responsibilities
- Develop leads and actively prospect for new clients via cold/warm calling, networking, and referrals
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance policies (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, etc.)
- Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals to clients
- Maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication and service
- Achieve sales goals and performance metrics
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulations
- Work closely with support and underwriting teams to ensure seamless policy delivery
