The Role
As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our service department and the critical link between our valued customers and our skilled technicians. You will be responsible for:
- Customer Advocacy: Greeting guests professionally, actively listening to their concerns, and providing clear, transparent communication.
- Service Management: Managing the repair process from intake to delivery, ensuring accurate documentation of vehicle issues and repair orders.
- Technical Communication: Coordinating with technicians to relay customer concerns and presenting multi-point inspection results to customers.
- Efficiency: Providing accurate cost and time estimates, managing customer expectations, and coordinating with the parts department for timely repairs.
- Quality Assurance: Verifying completed work meets dealership and factory standards to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:Certifications, Licenses & Registrations
- Valid driver's license meeting dealership insurability requirements.
- Manufacturer or ASE Service Consultant Certification (preferred).
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in a service drive environment.
- Must occasionally lift to twenty-five pounds.
- Enter and exit vehicles of diverse sizes and types safely.

Salary : $60,581 - $150,365
