Responsibilities
As a Data Product Manager, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our enterprise data products. You’ll serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring our data platforms, pipelines, and models deliver measurable value. This is a strategic role for someone who can translate business goals into scalable data capabilities that empower the entire organization.
Essential Functions:
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Establish, communicate, and manage production timelines across shipboard and shoreside departments to ensure seamless execution and on-time delivery of initiatives.
- Product Development & Launch: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to analyze, plan, and execute the introduction of new products.
- Customer & Market Insights: Apply marketing insights to evaluate customer purchasing behavior and competitive landscape, informing strategies to optimize product performance.
- Data Strategy & Road mapping: Lead data engineering and analytics efforts to inform and develop a strategic product roadmap using advanced data science technique
- Quality Assurance: Participate in user acceptance testing to validate data product functionality and ensure delivery meets expectations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with key stakeholders, including the distribution of release notes and updates when product changes are implemented.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, computer science or business.
- 5 years in data, product management or data ownership, preferably in data or analytics.
Experience:
- Strong understanding of data management, governance, and integration practices.
- Proven ability to work with technical teams (SQL, cloud data platforms, APIs).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience delivering enterprise-wide data initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of data management, SQL, and product management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members in a demanding, high-stress environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.

This position is classified as “in-person,” which means the physical office in Orlando.
