Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative functions.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
- Utilize Microsoft Office for administrative tasks
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent customer service standards
- Maintain organized workspaces and ensure office supplies are stocked and properly managed
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and managing correspondence
- Assist with Social Media and Marketing for the company website and other social media platforms
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office environment or as a receptionist with clerical responsibilities
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Experience with front desk operations, calendar management, and data entry is highly desirable
- Personal assistant or administrative support experience will be considered an asset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
