- Employment Status: Full-Time, Exempt.
- Schedule: Six days per week, Monday through Saturday.
- Service Requirement: Preparation and presentation of four distinct meal services daily: Breakfast, Mid-day Snacks, Lunch, and Dinner.
Core Responsibilities
- Nutritional Accountability: Demonstrate proficiency in the precise calculation and tracking of Calories and Macronutrients (Protein, Fats, Carbohydrates) for all prepared recipes, ensuring strict compliance with the Principal's dietary objectives.
- Menu Engineering: Design and execute bespoke menus reflecting high-end international cuisine, with an emphasis on healthy, modern, and wellness-focused preparations, while strictly accommodating all allergies and dietary protocols.
- Procurement and Inventory: Independently manage all sourcing of premium, high-quality, and organic ingredients, utilizing specialized purveyors and maintaining meticulous inventory control of the pantry and kitchen supplies.
- Kitchen Stewardship: Maintain a fully operational, impeccably clean, and professional kitchen environment, adhering to the most stringent health, safety, and organizational standards.
