We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Housekeeper to maintain the hotel’s public areas and back-of-house spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and care.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and sanitize public spaces including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and elevators
- Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, dust surfaces, and polish fixtures throughout the property
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure recycling procedures are followed
- Restock supplies in public and employee areas as needed
- Maintain and secure cleaning equipment at the end of each shift
- Respond promptly to cleaning or maintenance requests from hotel staff or guests
- Report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or security concerns to your supervisor or manager on duty
- Follow all safety, key control, and uniform standards
- Support deep cleaning projects and special overnight assignments as directed
- A positive attitude and pride in keeping spaces spotless and inviting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, bend, and reach throughout your shift
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment
- Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Prior housekeeping, cleaning, or custodial experience preferred
- Commitment to creating a safe and comfortable atmosphere for guests and team members
