- Starting pay\: $18.00/hour, based on experience, with opportunities for advancement
- Full-time position (30–40 hours/week)
- 2nd Shift\: 2\:00 PM – 10\:00 PM
- Weekend and holiday availability required

As a Cook, you’ll play an important role in delivering consistent, high-quality food across restaurant and banquet operations.
Responsibilities Include
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and maintain your station before, during, and after service
- Ensure food is prepared and plated in a timely and consistent manner
- Follow proper food handling, storage, labeling, and rotation procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist with preparation of soups, stocks, sauces, and daily specials
- Support banquet and outlet production as needed
- Monitor inventory and communicate needs to kitchen leadership
- Work collaboratively with culinary team members to ensure smooth service
- Assist with minimizing food waste and maximizing product usage
- Follow all safety and kitchen procedures
