As the first and last operative guests encounter, your role as Visa Agent is critical to preserving the secrecy, charm, and smooth operation of our espionage-inspired establishment. From issuing clearance at the front desk to decoding covert intel (reservations, payments, and guest inquiries), you’ll be the smooth-talking, quick-thinking contact that sets every mission in motion.

Your Mission Objectives:
- Serve as the welcoming face of SafeHouse—greeting agents (guests) with a warm smile and just enough mystery.
- Facilitate guest “entry” by verifying identification (aka reservation details) and issuing proper clearance (seating assignments or entry protocols).
- Answer incoming “secure lines” (phone calls) and assist agents with questions about the mission (menu, location, events).
- Process payments, handle classified documents (receipts), and maintain detailed records of all operative transactions.
- Stay alert and ready to assist agents with special needs, confidential inquiries, or guest recoveries.
- Collaborate with Control and fellow operatives to maintain the flow of service and uphold all protocols.
- Keep the front-of-house station impeccably clean and organized—no smudges on spy reports.
- Has strong communication skills with a flair for creativity and a good sense of humor (spy puns appreciated).
- Stays calm under pressure and can juggle multiple tasks while keeping cover.
- Has basic computer knowledge and comfort operating point-of-sale and reservation systems.
- Brings previous guest service or front desk experience (preferred but not required—we train agents on-site).
- Loves working in a team setting and bringing joy to guests with playful service.
- Has flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
