Our Front Desk Associates are the face of the hotel—welcoming guests, solving problems, and ensuring every stay begins and ends with exceptional service.

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time: 30–40 hours per week
• Flexible schedule, floating between:
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Weekend availability required
• Pay range: $15 – $18/hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do

As a Front Desk Associate, you will play an important role in creating positive guest experiences from arrival through departure.

Responsibilities include:

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
• Answer guest questions about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
• Handle guest requests or concerns with patience, professionalism, and care
• Input and retrieve information from hotel computer systems
• Assign rooms based on guest preferences and availability
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate cash handling and house bank responsibilities
• Assist with luggage storage when needed
• Communicate guest needs to other departments to ensure seamless service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Support the team and assist with other duties as assigned

• The ability to remain calm and solution-focused during busy or challenging situations
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems
• Ability to stand and move throughout the front office during the shift
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
  

Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
