Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact, creating a welcoming and organized front office experience
- Manage scheduling, phone communication, and daily patient flow
- Create and present detailed treatment plans in a way that is clear, confident, and easy for patients to understand
- Discuss financial options and help patients move forward with recommended care
- Coordinate treatment scheduling efficiently and thoughtfully
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Qualifications
- Dental front desk, treatment coordinating and/or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain treatment and financials clearly
- Professional, polished, and confident demeanor
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
