SUMMARY: Retail Marketing Specialist responsible for the promotion, placement, training and sell through of Marcolin Brands. Servicing Department stores in assigned territory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Department Managers and Department Sales Associates.
- Ability to independently scheduling store visits within assigned territory
- Training store personal creating awareness of Marcolin products on a ongoing basis
- Maintaining strong level of professionalism while representing Marcolin standards
- Ensuring Marcolin product secures prime placement while maintaining Marcolin standards
- Selling Marcolin product to accounts sales staff and account customers
- Provide professional customer service to store staff and store customer
- Maintaining knowledge of Marcolin product, advertising and promotions to effectively increase sell through
- Create product promotion through store selling events
- Reporting to National Retail Merchandising Manager
Skills/ Competencies:
- Professional customer service skills with strong selling and training ability
- Ability to work with PC applications and digital photography
- Self-motivated
- Department Store or Specialty store experience a plus
- Reliable means of transportation
Education and Qualifications:
BA/BS Degree Preferred but not required
