- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within mid-sized and large organizations
- Create and execute strategic territory and account plans to meet or exceed sales goals
- Present and position Marco’s full suite of print and document management solutions to leaders, operations managers, and C-level executives
- Collaborate with internal technical specialists and solution architects to design and deliver tailored print solutions for complex business environments
- Maintain accurate records of account activities, pipeline status, and forecasting in CRM platforms
- Stay informed on trends in print technology, managed print services, and digital transformation to support consultative selling
- Uphold Marco’s values and commitment to delivering measurable business outcomes with integrity and professionalism
- 4-5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the print or managed print industry
- Demonstrated ability to win and grow new business with mid-sized to large and/or multi-location customers
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions in business terms
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a complex sales cycle independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Competitive base salary ($50,000 - $80,000) plus uncapped commission
