Position Overview
As a Crew Member (Insider), you play a key role in daily operations. You’ll support both food preparation and customer service, ensuring every order meets our high standards for quality, accuracy, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Quality
- Prepare dough, sauces, toppings, subs, salads, and sides according to Marco’s standards
- Assemble and cook pizzas with precision and consistency
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines
- Properly store and rotate inventory using FIFO methods
Customer Service
- Greet every guest with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Accurately take in-store, phone, and online orders
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Create a positive and memorable experience for every guest
Cleanliness & Teamwork
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, prep area, and front counter
- Complete daily cleaning and sanitation tasks
- Assist with stocking, prep work, and shift transitions
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Support shift leaders and management as needed
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler Safety Training Card prior to start date
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
