Shift Managers supervise the entire crew and all work stations in the day to day

operations of a pizza store on either day or night shifts. Responsibilities include

ensuring the delivery of high quality products and customer service, as well as adhering

to all procedures and policies and making sure the entire crew does too. Product,

Service and Image fall under the Shift Manager, the cornerstones of Marcos. With great

opportunities for advancement with the fastest growing pizza company in the country,

Marcos hires many of its Assistant Managers from the Shift Manager ranks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude and ensure a great guest experience
• Accurately take orders and handle transactions at the register
• Assist with food preparation and ensure items are made to order quickly and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen and dining room
• Work closely with team members and assist with other tasks as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour
