As an Insider, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food, managing customer orders efficiently, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and freshness.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for processing customer orders, sales transactions, and payments accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, upselling menu items, and addressing guest inquiries with enthusiasm.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and food safety regulations at all times.
• Manage food handling responsibilities including proper storage, portioning, and food safety management practices.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation activities.
• Process cash transactions accurately, handle cash register operations, and balance cash drawers at shift end.
• Support retail sales transactions when applicable by assisting customers with product selections and checkout procedures.
• Ensure quick service delivery by managing time effectively during busy periods while maintaining high standards of quality.

Skills

• Experience in food preparation, fast food or quick service restaurant environments preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences.
• Ability to handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and perform basic math accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
• Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and maintaining a clean workspace in a fast-paced setting.
• Retail sales experience including upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while demonstrating flexibility and reliability in shift schedules.
