What are the responsibilities and job description for the Closing Shift Manager position at Marco's Pizza?
We’re looking for a Shift Manager who can lead the kitchen, support the team, and make amazing pizza while keeping everything running smoothly.
Typical Shifts: 4 PM – 11 PM, midnight on weekends
pay range based on experience: $15-$17/hour plus an hourly tip pool.
What you’ll do:
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations during your shift
- Lead and support your team to keep things moving efficiently
- Make great pizzas that keep our customers coming back
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable, organized, and hands-on leader
- Loves making pizza and working in a fast-paced environment
- Prior management experience is a plus, but not required
