Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Server/Cashier. The ideal candidate will handle customer orders, operate the cash register, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced dining environment.
Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision
- Serve food and beverages to customers promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards
- Bus tables and ensure a tidy dining experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service and operating a cash register
- Server experience for dine in guests
- Knowledge of food handling, food service, and food safety protocols
- Ability to multitask in a busy restaurant setting
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Basic culinary knowledge is advantageous
