What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leader Marco’s Pizza St. George position at Marco's Pizza?
We are looking for exceptional and reliable Shift Leaders who are willing to have fun while training, leading and motivating an amazing team in providing the best pizza and guest experience to our community!
Must be at least 18yrs old. Pizza experience is a plus. If you’re a leader committed to quality service and have experience in our industry, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare for and manage daily shift operations of the restaurant for opening/closing shifts.
- Teach, coach, and mentor store employees in all Marco's Pizza procedures and meeting Guest Service standards.
- Maintain a positive can-do work environment
- Ensure restaurant and restaurant equipment is maintained clean and in good working condition.
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed
- Build customer relations
- Consistently demonstrate exceptional leadership, show initiative and give full efforts to the success of the restaurant.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Shift Leader or relevant managerial role
- Commitment to excellent service
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
