Are you a people person who loves great pizza and leading a team? Marco’s Pizza is looking for a Shift Leader to help guide our crew, deliver amazing guest experiences, and keep every shift running smoothly.
As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the go-to person during your shift—keeping operations on track, supporting your team, and making sure every customer leaves happy (and full!).
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate team members throughout your shift
- Maintain high standards for food quality, speed, and service
- Handle cash, deposits, and shift reports accurately
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and food handling compliance
- Train, coach, and support new team members
- Deliver exceptional customer service every time
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Southern Nevada Food Handler Card
- Prior food service or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation
