Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Administration Manager to oversee administrative support operations across our engineering, surveying, and construction-related projects. This role ensures project documentation, workflow processes, and communication channels run efficiently and consistently across teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both people and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage project administration activities across multiple engineering and surveying projects.
Oversee project documentation, deliverables, reporting, and record-keeping standards.
Support contract management, including preparation, tracking, and change order coordination.
Maintain project schedules, milestone tracking, and administrative project controls.
Improve and standardize project administration procedures and workflows.
Provide leadership and support to administrative staff and project coordinators.
Coordinate communication with clients, contractors, and internal project teams.
Assist leadership with project data, reporting, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
3 years of project administration or project coordination experience, preferably in engineering, construction, architecture, or related industries.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
High attention to detail and ability to improve systems and processes.
Compensation
Salary Range: $85,700 – $98,300 per year, depending on experience
